Yeah true he could have been born first but there is still something missing how does Madara fit in this now since Kushina was the jinchuriki.

I would think Naruto was born before the release of the Kyuubi. They may emerged on the same day but not at the same time lol so Minato went out to seal the Kyuubi and seal it in the newborn baby lol
