Manipulating the Dragon Veins requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defenses, and even to attack.

From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that any experienced ninja have more than enough time to dispel it.

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Description: This jutsu is basically a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones (or a number of equal grandeur). This is considered a forbidden jutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Naruto learned the technique from the scroll of forbidden seals written by the First Hokage.

Powers: Bangetsu's primary weapons are a set of very long monomolecular razor wires, which he controls as if they where extensions of his own body. The wires are sharp enough to slice through steel and concrete with no trouble though he can use them to bind and restrain targets without damaging them.He demonstrated previously unseen abilities with his wires to the tsuchikage, including stopping a high fall (slicing several buildings in half in the process), forming mesh shields to block high speed kunai and bullet type projectiles, and binding targets and controlling them as puppets.
History: The wires where made for him by his old teacher and the tsuchikage himself and they gave them a test run and failed saying that the wires were to hard for anyone can control.One day later they tested bangetsu to see if he could and graded him on his performence at the end of the test run he scored a 98.9 with the wires which had never been done before.Surprised they offered bangetsu the wires to use as he please.
