Kekkei Genkai: Necromancer's Aura
Basically, it's an aura only spirits can see than emanates around members of the Phantom clan. By having this aura, spirit abilities become available to the person in question. The stronger the aura, the easier it is to perform the clan jutsus.
The power of an aura is rated on a scale of one to ten. Once a person gets to a six, the more difficult and forbidden techniques of the clan become available. At the moment, Nyx is at a five. This gives her strong access to majority of the clan jutsus.
Growing a level in regards to the strength of the aura is a process that can't be trained for specifically. It occurs randomly as the person in question becomes stronger. It becomes evident that a new level has been achieved through the red eye each clan member has.

When a level is gained, a star appears in the outer rim of the eye. The picture has the complete ten stars.
However, the eye isn't just an indicator of how strong a necromancer's aura is. The eye also allows the Phantom clan to see spirits. When this power is activated, all the stars in one's eye glow bright red. Otherwise, Nyx can block out her ability to see spirits.
Summonings: Spirits
Due to her Necromancer's Aura, Nyx has the ability to communicate with and summon spirits. Summoning spirits isn't a blood contract, but it falls under both Summoning and Kekkei Genkai. By summoning spirits, Nyx can perform a number of techniques.
Bats
This is her blood contract summoning; to put it simply, Nyx can summon bats. Large bats, small bats, whatever. The largest bat, with a body at the size of a large bus, is a struggle to summon, and she has only successfully done it a few times. Not that they get along very well.
Due to her bond with bats, they can communicate through sound waves with her, yet, due to the direction of the sound waves headed towards her, it's hard for anyone else to hear. The main bats she uses are twins; Komouri and Batto. They're both roughly the size of her head, in a brownish black color.
The largest bat is named Drezden. He has a very rough personality, and is hard to get along with. He rarely heads to being summoned, and remains bitter upon someone succeeding to call him. Nevertheless, he obeys orders, despite the profanities he mutters as he does it. Drezden doesn't get along well with Nyx, but he's loyal in battle.
Weapons:One badass scythe.

... Yup. Just like that. However, it has some special features. As we all know, metal of most sorts conducts fire. Nyx uses the fire element. Now, picture that scythe... flaming.
Additionally, the scythe is sturdy and such-- but it's hollow. Concealed inside is a serious of chains that are manipulated through Nyx's chakra. They can burst through the bottom and be... manipulated and such.

Description: Similar to water clones, except they're made of fire. When they're hit, they burst into flame, possibly inflicting a burn upon the opponent. However, like water clones, they only have 1/10 of her strength. The clones can't be more than 200 meters away from her.

Description: Grand fire ball technique; basically, the user procures a powerful fire ball from their mouth. They force chakra through there mouth, creating a large ball of flame.

Description: Similar to Fire ball jutsu in the sense that the user forces chakra through their mouth, creating a ball of flame. However, Flame Ball jutsu is multiple small balls of fire.

Description: The ninjutsu portion of this technique is conjuring up a large mass of black. Basically, it's a haze that's near impossible to see through, without a strong eye technique. The haze is attracted to blood, and therefore follows the opponent within the haze as they move and try to escape it. Within the black void, Nyx can create illusion genjutsu, to the point of where the opponent wouldn't know they're stuck inside the void. Basically, the void slowly drains chakra away from the opponent, and uses that to replenish Nyx's chakra.

Description: A seriously straining attack; Nyx unleashes a bit of the goddesses energy from inside her. The effect is a small transformation; Both her eyes go red, while her hair grows and darkens to a pitch black. Along with the transformation, her chakra, strength, stamina and power all double. However, this technique is very straining on the body. Because of this, it cannot be sustained for long periods of time, and when released, the user falls into a state of utter exhaustion and injury. Think how sparingly Rock Lee uses the eight inner gates; it's similar to that.
